Each grill is manufactured in Southern California with 304 stainless steel welded construction. Emerald Grills are designed for the true Culinary aficionado who enjoys quality components with a lifetime of serviceability. Nothing on our machines detract from the goal of experiencing a perfect cooking system, so you won't find LED lights, computers, 9-volt ignition system or infrared main burners.  Each machine is hand-made with longevity and performance as a benchmark.

The Emerald Grill line is manufactured for us by a company who has a proven record of excellence in designing, engineering, and building restaurant-quality, commercial kitchen appliances.
